Okay, Panzer is stepping into the discussion on Microsoft's offer to buy a controlling interest in Nook Media.

My bad boy has been out in the Catosphere chasing down rumors. He's come up with some interesting information over at Publisher's Weekly. While there's no definitive answer here on the Microsoft offer, it's worth noting that Barnes & Noble is planning to DISCONTINUE the tablet business anyway. Yup. No more Nook tablet.
