He's really mad about how bad his friend 'Lectric Bill is.

Now ... He just told Mom they have to cut back on 'Lectric Bill's expenses.

They'll never figure it out.

Mom told him she already stopped using the air conditioner and doesn't know what else to cut out.

I wish they'd hurry up and leave for work.
