Cat Calls by Cynthia Leitich Smith is not your average YA cat story.The heroine, Tiffany, is spending the summer with her grandma. Grandma works in a "carnie" as a fortune teller and she's teaching Tiffany to be a fortune teller, too.
Everything seems to be working fine until one of the cutest cowboys Tiff has ever seen comes in to have his fortune told. Then the fun begins.
