Our kitty explorer discovered Mark Coker has two posts about ebook preorders and how to use them to get more readers. According to Mark, books which launch using preorder have significantly more sales. However, most authors haven't been using Smashwords preorder program, so Mark wrote a post explaining how to use it. The second post explains changes Smashwords has made to the preorder launch program to make it easier and more viable for authors.
