Amazon Sued Again

Not again!?!?

According to the Seattle Times newspaper Amazon is being sued in a class action suit by the small merchants who use the site. It seems Amazon keeps the payments due to some merchants longer than the 90 days specified in the online contract. It also appears the 90 days in the contract may be against the law in Washington state where Amazon is headquartered.
