It's been a long time since Panzer visited Anne R. Allen's Blog, so he decided to stop in today.

 He's really glad he did, because she explains the New Writer's Rule Book. You know, it's the book we're all handed when we join the writer's world. Now you all know my bad boy. He's never met a rule he couldn't break, so he is in total agreement with Anne's post.
