Appeals Court Hears Internet Archive Copyright Case - Publishers Weekly

Panzer says, I do not understand.
I do not understand.
Today Panzer went to the Publishers Weekly site. There our inquisitive kitty boy found a post about the Internet Archive (IA). This has been a long case.

Andrew Albanese's post covers what is currently happening in IA's appeal of being found guilty of copyright infringement.

Panzer says, "Hmm ... Let's see. ... You admit you scanned the books without permission. ... You admit you loaned out the copies without permission. ... How can you say you're not guilty?"

Note: This is a long-medium length post. Bring a cup of tea and a muffin to snack on while you read.
