This is not how I wanted to spend my nap time.
Panzer was shaken from his nap in his kitty bed by shouting coming from the Catosphere. Jumping in the Panzermobile, our traveling kitty boy followed all the noise to the Publishers Weekly site. There he found a post about HarperCollins AI deal was the cause of all the upset.

According to the post by Andrew Albanese and Jim Milliot, authors and agents have some serious questions about the licensing agreement HarperCollins has signed with an unknown AI company. The post contains quotes from authors, agents and other publishing officials with their opinions. There are links to other posts with information about the agreement.

Panzer says, "It will be interesting to see how many nonfiction authors agree to be part of the HarperCollins deal."

Note:This is a long, long post. You'll need to bring your lunch to eat while you read today's selection.
