I got distracted by all those trick or treaters at the door.

Sorry this is late and some of the deadlines closed November 1, but Panzer found it today.

 

Erica Verrillo's list includes markets for fiction (both long and short) nonfiction and poetry. All are paying markets.

 

 Panzer says, "Some markets opened on November 1 and some closed on November 1."
