Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Announces Its Crew-Including Lieutenant Uhura - Tor.com

Today Panzer found an announcement at the Tor.com site about the new Star Trek series. The new Star Trek will be about the Enterprise before Capt. Kirk took command.

 

According to Emmet Asher-Perrin's post, the new Star Trek series has no start date yet. There's a YouTube video trailer with all the stars introducing themselves at the beginning of the post.

 

I like dreaming about the stars.

Panzer says, "This little kitty has always been a Star Trek fan."

Star Trek Continues

 Panzer was tootling around in the Catosphere when he found an interesting site.

 

It's a site dedicated to the Star Trek TV series called Star Trek Continues. (No surprise in the name.) Some fans of the show (and movies) put together new episodes and posted them on the site. There are also humorous outtakes from when they were making the episodes and interviews with the actors.
