Who do you recognize on the runner's-up list?

Panzer's second stop today was at The Rap Sheet site. There he found a post about the Spotted Owl Award.

 

J. Kingston Pierce's post lists Marc Cameron as the winner of the Friends of Mystery's 2025 Spotted Owl Award. The post also includes the runners up list as well as links to other information..

 

Panzer says, "This little kitty recognizes some of the names on the runners-up list.."
