Publishers Await Answers on Inventory Tied Up in Diamond Bankruptcy - Publishers Daily

Panzer stopped in at the Publishers Weekly site today. There with just a little digging in the posts he one about the Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. bankruptcy.

 

Sam Spratford's post explains the problem publishers are having with Diamond's bankruptcy. Before Diamond's bankruptcy filing the company was accepting publishers' materials to sell on consignment. After filing for bankruptcy Diamond wants to sell the publishers' materials as part of the bankruptcy.

 

Panzer says, "This will be interesting to see what happens in court."
