Here's an update on the Anthropic copyright infringement lawsuit Panzer found at the Writer Beware (R) site.

 

In the update Victoria Strauss gives the history of the lawsuit, the preliminary settlement agreement, and what will happen next. Several links to other information are included in the post.

 

Panzer says, "It looks like there are a lot of hoops author's have to jump through to prove they're part of the class."
