If Your Publisher Promised to Register Your Copyright, Check Your Registration - Writer Beware (R)

Panzer's next stop today was at the Writer Beware (R) site. There he found a post that all writers who believe they might be part of the Anthropic class action lawsuit need to read.

 

According to Victoria Strauss' post, a lot of authors are discovering their copyrights weren't registered by their publishers. The post includes links to the copyright office and databases to check for your book.

 

Panzer says, "That's definitely a problem."
