Authors Guild AI-Related Model Publishing Contract Clauses

My eyes hurt just looking at it.

Today Panzer stopped at The Authors Guild site. There he found a post with sample clauses concerning AI authors should get in their publishing contracts.

 

The post contains samples for nearly every use of AI with an author's material.

 

Panzer says, "Some of the things listed neither Mom nor I would have known to ask for in a contract."
