Hugo Award Base & Lodestar Award Designers Announced - LAcon V

Panzer's first stop today was at the LAcon V site. There our inquisitive kitty boy found an announcement about the Hugo Base award winner.

 

The Lodestar Award is given each year to the winning designers that will create the new base design for the Hugo Awards. 

 

Panzer says, "Did you know the base is changed each year?"
