HWA Dissolves Executive Director Position Amid Series of Controversies - File 770

Put this in a story and nobody would believe it.

Today's first stop in the Catophere for Panzer was at the File 770 site. There are some mystery writers who like to include a little horror here and there in their stories and Panzer likes to keep up on the news about Horror Writers of America (HWA).

 

According to a post at File 770 there's a lot going on at HWA. That includes more than the dissolution of the Executive Director's  position. 

 

Panzer says, "There's more going on there than anybody knew."

2025 Stoker Awards Winners - Horror Writers Association

Don't read these before bedtime.

Panzer's second stop today was at the Horror Writers Association (HWA) site.

 

The HWA has the winners and all the nominees in each of the 13 categories for the Stoker Awards listed there. Also included at the site is a link to the HWA Youtube channel episode of the Awards presentation.

The BookFest - Press Room

Today Panzer made a quick trip to the Horror Writers Association and Bookinfluencers The BookFest site.

 

Maybe I'll see you there.

The BookFest Fall 2022 will be held October 22 and 23. Authors, publishing representatives and agents will be available for presentations, panels and discussions. The event will be live streamed on YouTube, Facebook and The BookFest website. Information about the presenters, panels, and time is available at the site. Attendance is free.
