Canada's Valsoft Aquires Firebrand Group - Publishers Daily

Panzer stopped in at the Publishers Daily site where he found a post about Valsoft

 

Canadian company Valsoft acquired US company Firebrand Group. Valsoft owns Edelweiss and Firebrand Group owns NetGalley,  so now Valsoft owns Edelweiss and NetGalleiy. Several links to more information are included in the post.
