Callaway Arts & Entertainment Files for Bankruptcy - Publishers Weekly

According to Sam Stratford's post, the bankruptcy will impact some well-known companies and musicians.

B&T Makes Surprise Chapter 11 Filing - Publishers Daily

Baker and Taylor have filed bankruptcy and this post lists some of the creditors they owe millions to.

Today with a little digging in the posts at the Publishers Daily site Panzer found a post about Baker and Taylor's bankruptcy filing.
 
Jim Milliot's post has information about Baker and Taylor's creditors and how much some of them are owed. Included in the post are links to other information about Baker and Taylor's closing.
 
Panzer says,"They even owe money to libraries."

Diamond Bankruptcy Moves to Chapter 7- Publishers Weekly

Diamond Comics Distribution bankruptcy changed from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7

According to Jim Milliot's post, Diamond is changing from a Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The post includes links to other information about the Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

B&N Agrees to Acquire Books Inc - Publishers Weekly

Barnes and Noble acquiring Books Inc.
Actually, it's a big turn around.
Here's a post about Barnes and Noble Panzer found on the Publishers Weekly site.
 
According to Nathalie op de Beeck's post, Books Inc. is asking the bankruptcy court to allow their acquisition by Barnes and Noble.
 
Panzer says, "Barnes and Noble has gone from teetering on the edge of extinction just a few years ago, to being able to acquire a bookstore company that is at that edge now."
