Panzer was shaken from his afternoon nap in his kitty bed by clapping and laughing coming from the Catosphere. Hopping in the Panzermobile, he followed all the jocularity to The Bulwer-Lytton Fiction site.

At the site he discovered the Grand Winner of The Bulwer-Lytton Fiction Contest, Maya Pasic, has been announced.
