AI-generated art can't be copyrighted after Supreme Court declines to review the rule - The Verge

The U.S. Supreme Court refused to revisit a past decision that copyright can only be given to human creativity.
It's simple: A human has to create it.
Panzer's first stop in the Catospere today was at The Verge site. There our cute little kitty boy found a post about AI-generated art.

According to Emma Roth's post, the copyright rule, if a human didn't make it, you can't copyright it, remains in place in the U.S. Included in the post are links to other information about AI and copyright.

Panzer says, "It applies to books too."

Note: This is a long post. You'll need to decide what to bring to snack on.
