Have you discover Wordle? - Writers Who Kill

Panzer was just getting ready for his afternoon nap, when he heard laughing and clapping coming from the Catosphere. Hopping in the Panzermobile, our illustrious kitty boy followed all the jocularity to the Writers Who Kill site. There he found a post about a word game called Wordle.

According to the post by Paula Gail Benson, it's a fun and addictive word puzzle game. Wordle was created in October 2021 and millions of people are now playing it. The post explains the history of the game and the rules.

Now ... About that nap.
Panzer says, "Shhh. I have a link at the end of this post to the free version."

Note: This is a medium length post. Bring a cup of cocoa for today's reading.

Celebrating 2019 and 2020 Agatha Nominated Best Short Stories - Writers Who Kill

Today's trip into the Catosphere took Panzer to the Writers Who Kill site. There our brave kitty boy found a post about the Agatha Awards for Best Short Stories.

Go away Covid-thingey. We're finished with you.
The post by Paula Gail Benson list the nominees and the winners of the 2019 and 2020 Agatha Awards. Also included in the post are seven author bios with photos. There are only seven included because some authors were nominees both years. Because of Covid-19 the 2019 and 2020 Malice Domestic conferences were held online.

Panzer says, "Hmm ... This little kitty recognizes most of the writers from the Short Mystery Fiction Society."

Note: This is a long-medium length post. Bring a glass of lemonade and two cookies (biscuits) for today's reading selection.

A Virtual Mystery in the Midlands - Writers Who Kill

As Panzer was tootling around in the Catosphere he heard clapping and cheering coming from outside. Following all the hullabaloo took our inquisitive kitty boy to the Writers Who Kill site. There he found a post about the Mystery in the Midlands writers conference.

It was virtual and they didn't invite me?
The post by Paula Gail Benson is about the third annual Mystery in the Midlands writers conference. This year because of the coronavirus (Covid-19) the conference was virtual. The post includes screen shots of the participants and descriptions of the writers panels. Also included is a link to the replay of the panels. There are five panel videos and a Welcome session video.

Panzer says, "No travel involved and you can watch the conference sessions for free."

Note: Because of all the screen shots included, this is a long post. Bring a cup of tea and a muffin to read today's selection. If you plan to watch the replays, bring a thermos of tea, five apple cinnamon muffins, four chocolate chip cookies (biscuits) and three pieces of fudge.
