2025 Nebula Awards - Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of Association

Post contains a link to the list of winners and nominees of the Nebula Awards.
Know anybody on the list?
Panzer was tootling around in the Catosphere when the Panzermobile was suddenly shaken by clapping and cheering outside. Following all the noise took our kitty pilot to the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association (SFWA) site.

There he discovered the SFWA had posted the winners and nominees in the nine Nebula Awards categories.

Note: This is a long list. You'll need to decide what to bring to snack on.

SFWA issued an announcement about member LLM use rules, then came back and changed the rules
What a mess that is.
Today, Panzer found an interesting post at the File 770 site. The post is about writers using LLMs in their writing process.

According to Mike Glyer's post, the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association (SFWA) made a new rules announcement, got some writers push-back and re-wrote the rules.

Panzer says, "Be sure to read the "Comments" section also."

Note:This is a medium length post; but, if you read the "Comments" too, it becomes a long post. You decide what to bring to snack on.

This year's Nebula nominees are incredibly diverse - read some online - The Verge

Panzer made a quick trip into the Catosphere today. Our big kitty boy went to The Verge site. There he found a post about the Nebula Awards.

According to the post by Andrew Liptak, the 2016 Nebula Award nominees were announced by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America. The winners will be announced at the Nebula conference. The conference will be May 18 - 21 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The post includes several links to the nominated works.

I know what I'll be doing tonight.
Panzer says,"Umm ... A nice fire in the fireplace, a bowl of milk and Mom's tablet to read the nominees. That's this kitty's idea of a fun evening."

Note: This is a medium length post. Bring a cup of tea and a muffin for today's reading selection. Bring a thermos of tea and half-a-dozen muffins if you plan to read the nominees.
