According to the post by Matthew Biggin, the novels in the Blood and Ash series will be developed into a TV series.

According to Porter Anderson's post, because IA didn't file to take the lawsuit decision against it to the Supreme Court the decision stands. There are links in the post to other information about the IA lawsuit, including one to the court decision against IA at the end of the post.
